12 Elm Street, Sayville, circa 1915-1922.  16 Elm Street can be seen at the left.  12 Elm Street and 20 Elm Street were originally built on the bayfront and were moved to their present locations in the 1920's.   16 Elm Street is original to this site.  All three houses were originally Cedarshore Cottages, part of the Hotel Cedarshore complex.
