Looking East along Montauk Highway, with a horse and carriage coming down the road.  The building at the right was known as the "Grand Central Building" and was located approximately where Dick's gas station is today.  The muddy road in front of the building, going off to the right, is the start of the "South Road" to Bayport and points east.  This section of the "South Road" is South Main Street, Sayville.
