Event Details

LIGHT THE NIGHT! The purpose of this holiday event, sponsored by the Greater Sayville Civic Association, is to celebrate the unity and togetherness we have in our community as well as raise money for charity.

Many blocks in our town are participating in this event! You can drive around town and see which blocks are all lit up with luminaries! At the Library, you will see a mix of plain white bags all lit up, in addition to bags with special thoughts and holiday greetings. We hope your block is participating this year as well! It is a wonderful opportunity to be creative and bring personal meaning to the evening and the holiday season.
