Online via Zoom. Want to learn the benefits of nutrition on athletic performance? Join the Healthy Libraries Program to discuss the benefits of nutrition and exercise along with discussing how proper nutrition habits can enhance athletic performance for athletes of all ages. We will discuss the importance that carbohydrates, protein, fats and water have on athletic performance along with sample meal and snack ideas to have before and after practice/games. Please register to attend this program. All registrants will be emailed the Zoom link the day before the program.
