Event Details

The holiday season can be both exciting and stressful at the same time. Coping with the holidays requires a little bit of planning and a lot of self-care. It's important to set realistic expectations for yourself and those around you. If you're feeling overwhelmed, take a step back and prioritize your tasks. Remember to take breaks and engage in activities that bring you joy. Avoid overindulging in food and alcohol, as it can negatively impact your mental health. Connect with loved ones and don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Coping with the holidays can be challenging, but with the right mindset and strategies, you can enjoy the festivities with ease. This program specializes in help for people living with Dementia and/or Parkinson’s Disease.
