Certified Yoga Teacher, Diane Aronsen, will introduce you to the breathing techniques and series of postures that make up yoga.  Yoga can be an effective method for reducing stress, and toning your body.  All abilities are welcome.

Joy Walker leads you through a Chair Yoga Session! Intended for those who want to do yoga, but can’t get down on the floor. Registration is limited.

Workout with Joy Walker in this basic weight training and body toning class. Chairs are used for upper and lower body work--don't have weights? Use soup cans or water bottles!

Interact Club is a youth service club coordinated by the Rotary Club of Sayville. Teens participating in the club organize community service projects throughout the year.

Whether it's designing a flyer, editing a photograph or creating a post for social media, graphic designs skills are more valuable than ever. Learn the basics with GIMP, a free, powerful graphic design program. 

Come to one or both of these social events, (September 13th and 20th), meet other community minded people and knit or crochet a baby blanket for a young mom or mom-to-be.

Chef Naela from Naela's Mediterranean Kitchen will demonstrate how to make Middle Eastern carrot and lentil soup with a dukka mild spice blend.

Grades 11 & 12

Just as families have a story to tell and cherish, homes and other buildings do also. We will look at the records that are kept on buildings and structures, the availability of these records, and ways to access them.

Sicily has it all: ancient ruins, beautiful beaches, interesting festivals, fabulous cuisine (including the best desserts in Italy), wonderful wines.

This world we live in is a stressful place and there are many factors that can have a negative impact on our daily lives.
